Mrs. Penny Gail (Reeves) Owensby, age 70, of Carrollton, GA passed away on October 2, 2025. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday October 11, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at Greater Kingdom Seekers, 919 Maple St, Carrollton, GA 30117, Bishop Eli Daniel, Pastor; Apostle Prezell Lane, Eulogist; Sister Arziler Stuckey, Officiating. Interment will follow at Mt Avery Baptist Church Cemetery, Whitesburg, GA. The viewing for Mrs. Owensby will be Friday October 10, 2025 from 3-6 PM at the funeral home. Final arrangements entrusted to Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Carrollton Chapel. 770-836-0044.
