Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Winfred Earl Hankins, of Decatur, GA, will be Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 11:00AM; Vine City Baptist Church, 166 Walnut St., Atlanta, GA 30314.

Interment; Resthaven Cemetery.
