Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Elijah J. Payne of Atlanta, GA, will be Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 3:00PM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW., Atlanta, GA, 30310.
