Mrs. Karla Jones Newport, age 70, of Atlanta, GA passed away on November 13, 2025. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday November 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Greater Ephesus Missionary Baptist Church, 50 Cleveland Ave. SW Atlanta, GA 30315, Rev. Dr. M. Davis, Eulogist. Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery. The viewing for Mrs. Newport will be Friday November 21, 2025 from 3-6 PM at Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Historic Westend Chape, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Final arrangements entrusted to Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Carrollton Chapel. 770-836-0044.
